When we read a spiritual truth and...finally...understand that truth, a mistake we make is immediately we believe we now have that truth in our toolbox. We do not. We have it in our brain box, which is hard to hate, but our need is for it to move down to our heart, our gut, our Soul.
It is that journey that grows us spiritually. It takes as long as it takes to which I have learned to think, until three days after we're dead which stills the time clock of the ego...there yet? Yet? How long, oh Lord?
We are delayed by fear, the fear of changing our mind...it took so long for us to get this truth that we cling with a will, entertaining ideas of how to fix, dissolve, resolve...ever looking in the wrong direction, outward for our wants, rather than inward for our needs.
Our mind is being upgraded. Upgraded minds are spiritually changed not by self, but by the very Source we are seeking, our Father within.
Our Father knows our needs. -- Matthew 6:8
