Upgrade your attitude, upgrade your problem. That is not just a clever-sounding slogan...it is a certain-sure fact.
We are each of us living examples of that even when we do not realize it...even resisting it upfront and out loud, in fact. We have had it happen. Say we're feeling lowdown, no hope, what's the use, and suddenly we remember we got word awhile back that we've won a free trip to Paris, France...it's not till next year, but, just remembering, the load got lighter, the day brighter. And the only thing that has changed in that moment is our attitude...it has been upgraded.
That's an example of the reasoning mind coming to our aid.
That is: All...our problems. Spiritual principles.
Who's kidding whom? Spiritual principles aren't going to do jack just spelled out in a book, going nowhere, doing nothing. We must needs use those principles. We have to make them our very own as we live and breath...for the benefit of another, primarily. Ideally for the benefit of another with whom we're less than enchanted...hold a grudge against..do not like, so stop already. Yes, that one...or two...or so. Best start with one.
It is a slow process...and it is not God who sets the pace, that is set by our own self. God's already got it done. Done, wrapped and ready. All we need do is...upgrade our attitude, our problem will follow suit.
We have to start sometime...if not in this lifetime, the next. Why wait? Go ahead...pray thank you, then give over, give up, give in. Then pray thank you.
Repeat. Repeatedly.
