Since we do believe in God, why do we waste our energy and God's time over the past? Aren't we trying to make a regret unhappen? Then, why do we continue to worry about our future, whether we're going to have enough?
Those two frets can keep us untouched by the Now, the place where God lives, until we accept life takes as long as it takes. We will learn it again and again unto one fine day, without conscious thought, we are living the peace that is born in knowing the Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.
Our needs are fulfilled in that promise for it opens us to God consciousness: With the Lord as our shepherd, we shall never not have enough, and regrets over our past are the keys to forgiveness, given and gotten.
Answered prayer: Peace of mind, the Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.
