LOVE...RADICAL INCLUSIVITY

Love's radical inclusivity is a threat to power and arrogance. -- an idea born from Fr. Richard Rohr's "Daily Meditation" today

I give thanks this morning for my attack mind. For it is my attack mind, fear in disguise, that so quickly returns me to my Center, ever closer to my Father. It is in that nearness that I realize that my nemesis and my divinity are One. Ah, my nemesis is my angel, fear it not.

Our nemesis is our deepest fear, our unresolved dread, that which often we know naught of...until it catches us unaware. Too often, when surprised by our nemesis, our egoic reaction is a fearful certainty of this as proof that there is no God...or that there is no loving God.

When it is our spiritual search that has brought us the realization that God is love/love is God, this sneak attack by our nemesis is not a little scarifying to our reasoning mind. Hey and yea!..here comes our Father freeing us immediately by the reminder that underneath are the everlasting arms.

We feel love for our nemesis, a warm acceptance. This radical inclusivity is indeed a threat to its power and arrogance.

God loves us so much.

Thank you.
