Clearing our mind...daily...of I, me, my, mine is the start of getting over our self. Keeping our mind free...Now...of I, me, my, mine begins our journey of spiritual growth.
Whether we accept it or not, God has already solved all our I, me, my, mine problems....none of which in real time will seem solved to our reasoning mind. When, finally, we go beyond reason to love, our resistance melds into acceptance, and we know peace.
This is a lifelong process...gratitude soothes the ego's pain.
